- 04
Receive the completed document
The fully completed document is available electronically after all required signers, witnesses, signatures, and notarizations are finished.
Prepare for your appointment
- Have qualifying, unexpired photo ID and a compatible camera-enabled device with a microphone and internet.
- Provide each signer’s full name, email address, and phone number.
- Tell us about witnesses, language assistance, or unusual signing needs when booking.
- Do not sign in advance unless you have been specifically instructed to do so for the required notarial act.
Details for your signing
Loan signings and eClosings
The standard remote signing fee is $99. Provide the complete signing package, signer information, witness needs, and ordering-contact details before the appointment so we can prepare the session.
Signers complete identity verification and the live signing follows the transaction instructions. The completed electronic package is delivered to the appropriate parties after everyone required has finished.
Requirements for physical originals or additional handling remain subject to the lender, title company, settlement agent, or other closing instructions.
Multiple signers and separate appointments
When the document and transaction permit, signers may join from different locations, use their own compatible devices, or complete separate scheduled appearances. Each signer must complete the required live appearance and identity verification.
The document remains in process until all required participants finish. Read the multiple-signer FAQs.
Recording and notarial records
The online notarization is audio-video recorded and documented in an electronic notarial journal. Florida law requires the journal and recording to be maintained for at least 10 years after the notarial act.
