Witnesses arranged through Florida Online Notary: $10 each, when available.
Witnesses must meet the applicable requirements. After-hours and overnight appointments may be available for an additional fee.
Before you book
- Confirm that the lender, title company, or receiving party accepts the proposed remote signing process.
- Have signer, witness, and ordering-contact information ready.
- Provide the complete signing package in advance, following the instructions sent after booking.
Requirements for physical originals or additional document handling depend on the transaction. Share those instructions before the appointment.
